About Us The Charger Property Group, LLC was created by three friends and college teammates (L-R Rob Thompson, John Coury, Pat Fitzpatrick). Collectively they have 30+ years experience owning and operating Multiple Assistant Living Facilities, NYC General Contractor and a Sports Marketing Executive.
